Orders are shipped on prepaid terms only. 

Orders can be placed on our website, via Dropship Shop. The password can be obtained via email, mail@anypaw.com. Please do not share this with other parties.

Orders can be paid for by personal or business cheque but please note that orders will not be despatched until 5 working days after receipt of the cheque.

Anypaw pet boutique also accepts bank transfers as a form of payment. Orders will be dispatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account. 

Delivery & Shipping

Anypaw pet boutique aims to ship all items within 48 hours of order (though this will usually be within 24 hours).


Bespoke and hand made items will take longer delivery 3-8 weeks. Items that we do not have in stock can take up to 21 days till dispatch.

Our Drop Shipping facility enables you to order items for dispatch to UK customers: Postage & Packing UK £4.95 Special Delivery UK: £7.50 Overseas £15.00. For accurate Postage & Packing costs outside the U.K please mail us we are happy to provide this.

This includes all packing and ensures Recorded or royal mail delivery service dependant on the size of parcel for all orders up to 2 kg in weight. For shipments outside the UK and those in excess of £15.00, the amount of which will be advised and debited prior to shipping.

Delivery will be in unmarked packaging and unless provided by you, no documentation will be enclosed.

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by your customer due to delivery refusal, your negligence in providing incorrect shipping information then Anypaw will contact you by phone or email and payment will be required to re-send the item.

Please note that some items are made to measure and on order these products will take a longer delivery 2-4 weeks, if your purchase is time sensitive please contact us for availability.

Out of Stock Items 

Anypaw will advise within 48 hours if the required item is of out stock and the expected time of availability for shipping. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the item/s required a full refund will be granted.

Returns Policy

Anypaw Pet Boutique endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects. If however an item is damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement or credit note to the full value of the merchandise. Returns for Exchange (different sizes etc) are only allowed within 28 days and it is your responsibility to manage this with your clients if an exchange item is required. anypaw pet boutique will charge £3.50 for having to pick pack and post per item.

In order to initiate a return please call anypaw on 01282- 851949 with your  item details to inform us of any damages, faults or shortages within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please note anypaw pet boutique cannot accept returns of personalised items that are the wrong size/ colour or suitability.

Please note that we DO NOT sell to people trading on Ebay. 

Anypaw reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions or withdraw the Drop Shipping or Wholesaler Status if it is felt that the facility is not viable or that Terms have been breached.
